Job Description
You will support our team professionally in all recruitment matters, specifically talent acquisition.
Your Responsibilities
1. Sourcing and screening candidates on professional networks for technical positions (Development Engineer, IT) and other roles.
2. Contacting people to engage in the recruitment process and providing great candidate experience.
3. Being involved in the recruitment process: drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, pre-screening.
4. Developing ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies.
5. Participating in Talent Acquisition projects (e.g., Employer Branding).
Requirements
* Graduated from University with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Human Sciences, or equivalent.
* 1-2 years of experience in Talent Sourcing, preferably in the technology industry.
* Broad understanding of search methods, including social networks (e.g., LinkedIn) and boolean searches.
* Curious, eager to learn, and like problem-solving.
* Excellent writing and verbal skills in English; French is an asset.
