Chef de Partie - Staff Restaurant
This role offers the opportunity to take on full responsibility for your own station, from mise en place to the final presentation. You will be expected to contribute creatively to the development of new dishes and menus in close collaboration with the Head Chef. Your tasks include ensuring the highest quality and hygiene standards, leading and motivating your team, coordinating with other stations and departments, optimizing processes, and actively contributing to the further development of our culinary concept.
* Full responsibility for your own station – from mise en place to the final plate presentation
* Creative input in developing new dishes and menus in close collaboration with the Head Chef
* Ensuring the highest quality and hygiene standards in accordance with HACCP regulations
* Leading and motivating your team, including training Commis de Cuisine and Demi Chefs
* Close coordination with other stations and departments to ensure a smooth service flow
* Optimizing processes and actively contributing to the further development of our culinary concept
Requirements
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie with several years of experience in a 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant. Ideal candidates will possess passion for excellent products, a meticulous eye for presentation, a structured working style, leadership skills, creativity, and openness to innovative trends and culinary developments. Proficiency in Italian is required; additional languages are a plus.
