For one of our clients, a small bank based in Lausanne, we are looking for a Financial Operations & Administrative Coordinator to join as soon as possible.
Responsibilities: Entering stock exchange statements and updating the securities database.
Manage and coordinate with the trading team.
Handling various correspondence and administrative tasks.
Welcoming visitors and managing incoming phone calls.
Requirements: Strong knowledge of banking operations.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
Excellent writing skills in French.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
