Your Contribution
1. You are driven by results and combine the dynamism of a development environment with diligence required for quality management processes.
2. You maintain and develop the R&D Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance.
3. You manage the R&D Corrective Action Preventative Action (CAPA) process and perform internal audits according to ISO 15378 and ISO 13485.
4. You drive continuous improvement within R&D and its interfaces.
5. You enable your colleagues to easily comply with our QMS by providing guidance and training.
Your Profile
1. You hold a University degree in Engineering, Life Science or similar field.
2. You have more than 3 years of working experience in pharmaceutical packaging, medical device, or pharma industry with development environment and contact to QMS according to ISO 15378 or ISO 13485 or similar.
3. Diligence, proactivity, and structured independent work belong to your strengths.
4. You have knowledge in QMS and document management, as well as Good Documentation Practice (GDocP).
5. Strong presentation and moderation skills and a drive to accuracy describe your personality.
6. You participated in or led audits, or preferably are a certified auditor, according to ISO 13485 / ISO 15378.
7. You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and enjoy exchanging ideas with internal and external stakeholders fluently in English and German.
