Tasks
As an IT Application Analyst, SAP SD, you’ll be at the forefront of digital transformation in sales and distribution systems. Your mission includes:
* Providing comprehensive support for the SAP SD module and optimizing the existing system landscape.
* Developing and implementing innovative solutions through programming and customizing.
* Planning and building interfaces between SAP and other systems.
* Representing and managing the SAP MDM area with a strategic approach.
* Collaborating closely with internal departments and supporting end-users across the organization.
* Documenting processes and ensuring they meet quality standards.
* Delivering service-oriented support to employees and customers in case of disruptions.
Requirements
* A degree in (business) computer science, IT vocational training, or equivalent qualification focused on sales.
* Proven experience in programming and customizing within the SAP SD module (mandatory).
* Strong interface knowledge of SAP MM and FI modules, as well as IDOC processing.
* Experience with material master data, classification, and bill of materials.
* Business knowledge of sales and distribution processes, plus several years of relevant experience (preferred).
* Analytical thinking with an independent, proactive work style.
* Excellent communication skills and a customer-service focus.
* Fluency in German and English (B2 or higher).
