We are seeking an exceptionally skilled and highly adaptable Executive Personal Assistant to support a renowned electronic music artist and his family. This role requires a discreet, highly organized, and proactive professional who thrives in high-pressure environments and can seamlessly manage private, professional, and logistical responsibilities across multiple time zones.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of four years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the entertainment, music, or luxury industries, and be accustomed to working with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, or VIPs.
This is a demanding, fast-paced role requiring full availability, frequent international travel, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Personal, Professional & Financial Management Oversee daily affairs, including legal, financial, real estate, event planning, and transportation matters.
Liaise with trustees, accountants, and legal professionals to manage private and professional financial transactions.
Handle budgeting, expenses, and financial reporting across multiple accounts.
Project & Business Support Assist in developing and managing private and professional projects, including international collaborations.
Act as a key point of contact for agencies, managers, promoters, and business partners.
Monitor ongoing projects involving international companies to ensure smooth execution.
Real Estate & Property Management Oversee the artist’s real estate portfolio in multiple countries in coordination with local agents.
Manage property maintenance, leasing agreements, and renovation projects.
Family & Lifestyle Coordination Handle all private and family-related matters both in Switzerland and during international travels.
Ensure seamless coordination of household staff and services.
Travel & Logistics Plan, book, and manage all travel logistics, including private jets, commercial flights, hotels, ground transportation, and concierge services.
Handle visa applications, renewals, and international travel documentation.
Proactively anticipate travel needs, ensuring smooth transitions across different time zones.
Candidates must be / have:
Essential Qualifications Minimum of 4 years in a similar role, preferably in entertainment, music, luxury, or family office settings.
Multilingual - English most important (Spanish is a plus).
Valid driver’s license and comfortable driving high-end vehicles.
Based in or willing to relocate to Switzerland.

Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT and other automation platforms) for efficiency and task management.
Familiarity with booking software, expense tracking systems, and CRM tools.
Luxury & VIP Services Experience Experience working in high-end environments (5-star hotels, luxury concierge services, private chauffeurs, VIP event management, etc.).
Knowledge of international travel procedures, including visa applications, diplomatic clearances, and protocol.
Work Environment & Contract Details:
Hybrid position – on-site with the artist, remote work, and travel for meetings with trustees, accountants, and legal representatives.
High availability required – candidate must be able to travel internationally frequently and at short notice.
Long-term commitment preferred – seeking a dedicated professional who can grow within the role.
