Key Responsibilities
* Design and execute experiments to address key questions in product development.
* Assemble and test sensor and consumable prototypes of new product designs.
* Analyze data from experiments and disseminate results to the team and management.
* Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
* Document verification and validation test plans and results.
* Provide support to the team as a subject matter expert in their field of expertise.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
Your Profile
* You hold an MSc in a technical field (engineering or science).
* You have 2+ years of experience in a relevant, regulated industry.
* You possess excellent attention to detail and the ability to solve complex technical challenges.
* You have experience in data analysis tools and scripting languages (e.g. Matlab, Python, Origin).
* You are self-driven and proactive, with a strong initiative.
* You have an interest in growing into a project leader role.
* You have knowledge in CO2 sensing technologies, which is an advantage.
* You have a very good command of English (spoken and written), and conversational German is a plus.
