HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? We are looking for a new colleague with relevant experience in HR administration and payroll management, a strong sense of service, and highly sensitive to confidentiality and data protection.
Your future role will require you to: HR administration: contact with employees for all administrative matters
Payroll & Social security administration: inputting variables, control, monitoring of social insurance throughout employee's life
Time management: checking hours counters, applying the internal regulations
Provide support to employees and managers on the HR tools
Participation in HR project management
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US? Swiss HR certificate is a must-have.
Fluency in French and English will be required to connect with our community from all horizons.
In addition, strong skills in salary administration, a high sense of customer service, a wish to work independently in a changing environment, priority management and pragmatism, agility with figures, organization, and good team spirit are essential.
