Batgroup was created to reinforce our primary mission: the fight against the Black Market and ensuring that cleaning industry workers have the coverage and insurances they deserve. Within Batgroup, we provide a variety of identities, allowing a large assortment of services from booking a cleaning through Batmaid to hiring a house cleaning employee through Batsoft.
About our program: As an Internship Program participant at Batmaid, you'll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.
Alongside on-the-job learning, you'll receive training on trade markets, our products, and other core business topics. You will work alongside experienced professionals, receive mentorship and coaching, and contribute to meaningful projects that make a real difference for our business.
What you will see during our Internship Program: Customer Experience: Provide our customers with the highest level of service and support by analyzing customer feedback and making recommendations to improve the customer experience.
Agent Experience: Help equip our Cleaning Staff with the tools, resources, and support they need to be successful. You will have the opportunity to develop and implement training programs, improve communication channels, and identify opportunities to increase agent retention and satisfaction.
Sales (B2B): Help develop and execute sales and marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition. Move solid leads through the funnel, arrange in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls, and manage accounts and clients during their lifecycle with the company, including the implementation of our services as well as general daily operations.
This is what makes you successful: You are a Bachelor or Master student or recent graduate from any academic background.

You speak English at a minimum C1 level.
You speak French at a minimum C1 level for a Lausanne-based participation.
You may have further language skills that add to our valued diversity.
Programme duration: 6 months.
Programme location: Lausanne.
Start date: between February and March 2025.
