Missions:
1. Support and contribute to the organization of our Welcome sessions (logistic, link with our internal trainers, document preparation)
2. Ensure our training matrix is up to date
3. Support the administration & coordination linked with the yearly validated training plan
4. Ensure and support KPIs update
5. Support the organization and follow-up of our GMP refresh trainings
6. Respect GMPs in every process and task
7. Act as a role model in line with our principles: Accountability, Collaboration, Entrepreneurship
8. Strongly support the team in various administrative and operational topics and tasks
Job Requirements
Profile:
1. Bachelor degree with experience in a Pharma environment
2. Experience in a similar role or as HR Specialist
3. Organization and analytical skills
4. Analytical & collaborative mindset
5. Ability to interact with different stakeholders (level and seniority)
6. Good command of IT tools such as Excel, Word, PDF etc
7. French and English

You also ensure the compliance of our training processes and Training Matrix in our GMP environment, in relation to the documentation process.
