Fintech Expertise: Deep understanding of the retail and small business banking industry, its challenges, and the role of technology in driving transformation. Familiarity with UI/UX trends, regulatory landscapes, and emerging trends in the field.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior executives.
Relationship Builder and Partner Manager: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within large organizations, including partners and prospective customers to drive sales opportunities and expand market reach.
Self-Starter and Independent: Highly motivated, results-driven individual with the ability to work independently and proactively generate new business.
Fluent Business and Conversational English: Fluency in an APAC language is a strong plus.

Your Mission
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans: Identify key accounts within the banking sector, create account-specific strategies, and manage a robust sales pipeline to consistently exceed quota.
Lead the APAC-market entry: Develop a strategic plan for expanding our business in APAC, focusing on GTM approaches that prioritize opportunity areas.
Expert Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully navigate complex negotiations involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers to secure win-win agreements.
Partner Ecosystem Engagement: Leverage and manage relationships with key partners to expand reach and drive joint sales opportunities.
Customer Needs, Feedback, and Market Intelligence: Conduct analysis to understand strategic and operational challenges faced by prospective customers; Gather market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback to inform product development and GTM strategies. Act as the voice of the customer within the organization.
Thought Leadership and Advocacy: Represent our company at industry events, conferences, and webinars. Deliver compelling presentations showcasing our expertise and thought leadership in fintech and sustainability, particularly in APAC.
