* Working within the Delivery and Transition department, you will be a key part of our transformation journey, working on a number of exciting projects and initiatives to modernize and streamline our technology landscape.
* Coordinating testing activities (analysis, planning, test case development, execution) within a specific technology/business area.
* Support and lead initiatives to improve our testing processes/toolsets and collaboration between functions such as release, environment, integration, software engineering.
* Acquire and maintain product and digital ecosystem knowledge for understanding product and testing needs.
* Ensure adherence to the Banks test management standards/framework, enabling delivery while acting as a quality gate.
What we're looking for:
* Proven track record as a test manager, preferably in a financial services environment.
* Excellent understanding of the test lifecycle and strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
* Good knowledge of agile/waterfall methodologies in relation to testing including test/project management tooling (e.g. Atlassian suite).
* Proactive and self-driven personality, enjoys a changing and challenging environment.
