Your Key Responsibilities
* Secure a consistent, seamless positive commercial customer experience through all our sales channels.
* Contribute knowledge of our customers and their life at home to create, implement, and follow up the local business plan for the market.
* Maximize sales and sustain long-term profitability.
* Co-design, plan, deliver, and lead implementation of the commercial action plan for your store.
* Sure competent and high-performing teams and leaders who inspire and empower every co-worker to understand their contribution.
* Motivate and inspire your team to promote our range, services, and knowledge of home furniture and develop the business.
* Be part of the Commercial Team in the market, contributing with your experience and strong knowledge in sales and our sales processes to find the best ways of working.
