Key Responsibilities
* Manage the corporate IT infrastructure, supporting 150+ users, 120+ MacBooks, and 60 applications with 15 administrators across three office networks.
* Configure and manage workstations and business applications, such as Google Suite, Salesforce, and Atlassian, to ensure optimal performance.
* Provide company-wide support through onboarding, offboarding, and resolving technical issues.
* Maintain and develop the corporate IT scope, priorities, processes, SLAs, and escalations.
* Lead corporate IT projects, focusing on centralized identity and access management (EndPoint Device Management).
* Analyze current processes, technologies, and vendors to identify areas for improvement or upgrade, prioritizing user experience, cost, and productivity.
* Evaluate and maintain the alignment of the corporate IT infrastructure with SpotMe's security requirements and guidelines.
* Track and manage hardware and software assets.
Requirements & Skills
* At least 3 years of experience in IT management.
* Prior experience managing IT in a growing tech company.
