As a Brand-Category Financial Analyst at Procter & Gamble, you will play a crucial role in identifying and developing value creation opportunities for various business categories. Key Responsibilities:
1. Implement small scale projects, conducting financial analysis to identify value creation opportunities for different business categories.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement plans and build the organization.
3. Translate analysis into actionable insights and recommendations.
4. Support business development and decision-making processes.
5. Monitor financial performance and provide accurate reports.
6. Continuously improve processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.

QUALIFICATIONS
Job Qualifications
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather insights from data.
3. Excellent communication skills to effectively translate analysis into actionable strategies.
4. Proven collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
5. Knowledge of financial analysis techniques and tools.
6. Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reporting.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis software.
8. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
