How will you make an impact?
The Talent Acquisition Partner will work closely with HR and hiring managers. The core of this function is to proactively identify, source, pre-assess, hire, and provide the best candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Proactively manage sourcing channels, encouraging a collaborative recruitment approach with all stakeholders.
Maintain the quality of advertising opportunities via social media, while aligning with the global TA vision.
Actively seek out top talent through proactive search in our database and via external channels.
Contribute to the recruitment process by: Identifying, interviewing, and evaluating candidates from an HR perspective. Implementing innovative recruitment strategies. Maintaining relationships with candidates and alignment with internal teams. Feeding our Systems with complete and updated information. Ensuring the full recruitment cycle for candidates. Managing Talent Branding initiatives.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
You are curious (sourcing and leading search to find the right profiles, learning about industries, markets, and technology), organized, results-oriented, and innovative.
You are a data-driven person who ensures profiles in the recruitment are updated and precise.
You possess excellent communication skills and an ability to understand people.
You master Boolean candidate research on recruiting platforms and navigate various online and offline sourcing channels.
Proven experience in IT/Tech recruitment is highly valued.
Fluency in French and English is essential.
