Wright Automotive Group is looking for a qualified Dealership Commercial Fleet Sales Manager to join our team. Candidates must have prior automotive sales manager experience, strong closing ability, a great attitude, and a high-energy personality. This position demands a professional who has experience creating a positive sales environment and maintaining excellent customer service. Prior experience as an automotive sales manager is required.
Responsibilities:
Works with customers on the telephone and on the sales floor to determine the make, type, and quality of vehicle desired.
Identify and engage prospective truck-fleets and offer assistance or direction to business customers that can benefit from our services.
Explains features and demonstrates operation of vehicles in the showroom and on the road. Suggests optional equipment for customers to purchase.
Researches availability of models and optional equipment using a computer database.
Consults with the Sales Manager when necessary, ensuring no customer walks away without first consulting with a Sales Manager.
Delivers new vehicles to customers, ensuring they understand the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork, laying the foundation for customer loyalty.
Maintains an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction. Maintains a prospect development system.
Remains knowledgeable of new products, features, accessories, etc. Attends sales meetings and training sessions as scheduled.
Must be able to cold call and generate new business from commercial accounts.
Adheres to company policies and procedures.
Meets or exceeds written forecast and projection numbers.
