Key Responsibilities:
* Recruit, integrate, and train new employees.
* Inspire team passion for the brand and enhance customer service.
* SUPPORT SKILL DEVELOPMENT AND EMPLOYMENT DURING SALES.
* Organize and conduct meetings with the assistant store manager.
* Evaluate performance and development of team members.
* Build trust and address issues, acting as a neutral mediator in conflicts.
* Motivate and empower the team to achieve targets.
Sales Management:
* Ensure and monitor team contributions during sales.
* Set and achieve sales goals.
* Boost key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Prioritize daily tasks and challenges.
* Lead by example in service and customer care.
* Maintain product knowledge and ensure a unique purchase experience.
* Provide regular customer services and prevent theft.
Brand Presentation:
* Ensure a safe, tidy, and clean store environment.
* Enhance customer experience through store atmosphere.
* Organize and execute visual merchandising.
* Educate team on visual merchandising standards.
Store Operations:
* Plan and schedule teamwork.
* Optimize expenditures affecting the operating statement.
* Ensure compliance with cash register procedures.
* Analyze results and execute plans based on indicators.
Store Organization:
* Monitor and organize material reserves and back office.
* Handle logistical tasks and product flow specifications.
* Propose stock adjustments based on volume and capacity.
* Confirm orders and ensure optimal stock replenishment.
* Organize and execute inventory, ensuring security and hygiene.

Requirements:
* Education in retail sales or as a sales coordinator.
* Experience in store management or as an assistant store manager.
* CUSTOMER-ORIENTED AND FRIENDLY.
* INITIATIVE AND PR/Marketing EXPERIENCE.
* Proficient in sales strategy and numbers-oriented.
* Committed to representing the brand.
* Languages: German and English, any other language is a plus.
