Short DescriptionAO is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager Analytics to lead data-driven decision-making for its digital community platform. The Project Manager Analytics will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting platform data to provide actionable insights into user behaviour, feature usage, and overall platform performance. The role requires close collaboration with the Head of Digital Platform Operations to ensure that the platform evolves based on data-driven insights, delivering an exceptional user experience and meeting strategic objectives.Main ResponsibilitiesData Analysis and Insights:Analyze user behaviour, engagement patterns, and platform usage data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvementProvide actionable insights to optimize user retention, engagement, and satisfactionMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards to track platform health and success metricsReporting and Visualization:Prepare regular reports and visualizations to communicate insights effectively to the Head of Digital Platform Operations and other stakeholdersCreate ad-hoc analysis and presentations to support specific platform initiatives and decision-making processesCollaboration and Strategy Alignment:Work closely with the Head of Digital Platform Operations to align analytics efforts with strategic goals and platform development prioritiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and designers, to provide data-driven recommendations for feature enhancements and new initiativesUser Behaviour Research:Conduct deep dives into user journeys to understand behaviours, preferences, and barriers to engagementSegment users to identify target audiences and tailor platform features to their needsPredictive and Advanced Analytics:Leverage predictive analytics and machine learning models (if applicable) to forecast user behaviour and recommend proactive strategiesProvide insights into potential user trends and anticipate future needs of the communityPlatform Testing and Optimization:Collaborate on A/B testing and experiments to validate feature changes and design adaptationsContinuously iterate on data collection and analysis processes to improve accuracy and relevanceData Governance and Tools:Ensure data accuracy, privacy, and compliance with applicable regulations (e.g., GDPR)Select, implement, and manage analytics tools and platforms as needed to support data collection and analysisMain RequirementsBachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
