As Global Brand Digital & Activation Manager, you will be leading the development of high-impact digital strategies that enhance engagement, drive conversion, and build consumer relationships. You will be responsible for developing and executing cross-channel initiatives, working closely with the Brand Marketing team, the Media team, and agency partners to ensure digital marketing activations align with business priorities. Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting local markets, equipping them with the right tools, frameworks, and best practices to scale personalized marketing efforts. You will be reporting to Wella RH Senior Marketing Director.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Define and lead the Wella RH Global Digital Marketing Activation Strategy
o Design comprehensive digital marketing strategy to maximize engagement and performance.
o Provide end-to-end digital support and strategic consultancy to Wella Brand teams, on influencer marketing, website activations, and owned/paid content.
o Design innovative and cost-efficient content strategy.
2. Enable Global Local Digital Executions
o Act as a strategic partner to local teams, ensuring global strategies are effectively deployed across all consumer touchpoints.
o Lead knowledge-sharing initiatives, ensuring best practices are adopted across markets.
3. Drive Performance & Data-Driven Decision Making
o Establish and track robust KPIs, working closely with Marketing and Media team.
o Foster a culture of continuous testing & optimization, leveraging insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
4. Develop and Execute 360 Brand Activation Strategies
o Create and implement innovative Brand Activation Campaigns that enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and drive sales, aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
o Work with external agencies to develop Communication Campaigns Toolboxes, and deploy to markets.
o Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of brand activation campaigns.
5. Innovation & Future-Proofing Consumer Engagement
o Identify and leverage emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities to push Wella Digital marketing to the next level.
o Partner with internal and external stakeholders to test and scale new marketing approaches, including AI-driven automation and next-gen personalization.
o Continuously explore innovative approaches, pilot campaigns on key media platforms in key markets, showing a strong growth mindset and driving it within the full Wella Retail Hair team.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business management or Economics.
* 5+ years of experience in Global / Local Digital marketing and/or performance media.
* Experience leading integrated digital marketing strategies, digital commerce, and eRetail.
* Proven ability to collaborate with and influence senior stakeholders, driving cross-functional alignment.
* Strong track record of autonomous problem-solving with minimal guidance and tight deadlines.
* Creative mindset, and always up to date on the latest trends in sustainable marketing/beauty/cosmetics categories.
* Data-driven mindset with expertise in measuring campaign impact and optimizing marketing investments.
* Fluency in English; any other language is a plus.
* Experience in local marketing (ideally Latin America) is a plus.
* Knowledge of the latest trends and capabilities in AI is a plus.
