Your Tasks:
General support of users during the transfer and commissioning of the new devices at various locations in French-speaking Switzerland and Berne
Check OneDrive file synchronisation on the old device
Set up the new device
Connect to LAN / WLAN
Find out the users' most important work applications and start them accordingly
Support users during the Modern Authentication migration process
Your Profile:
High willingness to travel by public transport (or own car), place of residence no further than half an hour from Lausanne
Experience in support (technical helpdesk and/or technical second-level support)
Experience with PC replacement
You are familiar with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Professional appearance, reliable and punctual
Technical knowledge (Windows 11, notebook hardware)
Experience with Windows / iOS / Android
Experience in security and compliance (not mandatory, but preferred)
Fluent skills in French and English
