The role involves promoting and distributing a diverse range of multi-asset investment solutions, leveraging deep knowledge of the financial markets to meet the evolving needs of investors.The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a track record of successful sales, and an ability to understand the specific requirements of different client segments.Main Duties & ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for our multi-asset offering targeting pension plans, providers of additional retirement solutions, digital platforms, and other relevant wealth channels to achieve sales targets and expand market share.Client Relationship Management: Build, manage, and deepen relationships with target clients, focusing on understanding their needs and providing tailored multi-asset solutions.Product Promotion: Act as a subject matter expert on multi-asset strategies, delivering detailed product presentations and responding to inquiries from clients and prospects.Market Insights: Monitor market trends and client preferences to adapt strategies and propose product innovations that meet demand within the retirement, digital platform, and wealth management sectors.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including portfolio managers, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment on product offerings and client engagement.Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline development in our client relationship system (MS Dynamics), providing regular updates to management.Ensure legal implementation of all legal & compliance requirements for existing and new customers.Servicing of administrative tasks related to client mandates.Qualifications & ExperienceExperience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within multi-asset investment solutions or a related field.Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of the pension fund landscape, digital investment platforms, and wealth management distribution channels.Client-Focused: Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with professional investors.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex investment strategies clearly and persuasively.Results-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive financial environment.Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. CFA designation or equivalent is a plus.Excellent German & English knowledge (spoken and written); French would be a great asset.Effective organisation and administration skills.Self-motivated.Personal AttributesHigh degree of professional ethics, integrity, and sound business judgment.
