Job Responsibilities
* Collaborate with contingent workforce managers to understand specific contingent staffing requirements
* Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, freelance platforms, and staffing agencies to find suitable candidates
* Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify qualified contingent workers
* Conduct initial interviews and assessments to determine candidate suitability
* Maintain and update a database of potential contingent workers for future opportunities
* Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback
* Track and report sourcing metrics and effectiveness of different sourcing channels
* Lead supplier contracting including labor lease and services agreements
* Lead the contingent workforce talent management (performance review, remobilisation, CW exit form, etc)
* Contribute to contingent workforce planning and compensation strategy
* Coaching and training of hiring managers on all aspects and processes of contingent workforce
* Ensure compliance with Swiss labor legislation
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* Solid experience in an agency with focus on temporary recruitment
* Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and tools
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
* Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
* Strong understanding of contingent workforce trends and best practices
* Good knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and related roles
* Proficiency in English and German
