Launching, scaling, and optimising campaigns across both Meta and Google with clear ROI focus.
Iterating on copy, creative direction, and targeting based on test data and platform signals.
Managing and reporting performance across ad accounts, identifying trends and opportunities.
Proactively troubleshooting account issues across Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads.
Collaborating cross functionally with creative, strategy, and data teams to inform and refine media strategy.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE
Proven experience managing and scaling multiple ad accounts across both Meta Ads and Google Ads. (If you haven’t done both, this isn’t the role for you.)
In depth knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads including campaign structuring, retargeting, audience building, and performance optimization.
Deep understanding of metrics and media math (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, MER, aMER).
Comfort using data platforms (GA4, Meta Events Manager, Looker Studio) to analyze and visualize performance.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for forecasting, pivot tables, and data analysis.
You are a problem solver and know how to take lead in situations that present any obstacle when it comes to execution.
Preferred Qualifications
Background or interest in finance, investing, trading, or fintech.
Hands on experience with project management tools like Asana and Basecamp.
Experience managing creative direction or working with a creative team on performance driven asset production.
Team player mindset with a passion for mentorship and process improvement.
