Responsibilities
* Account Management and Business Development: Assume executive-level accountability for growth, delivery performance, and financial metrics.
* Retail & Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with Swiss and Global Retail Trends, Omnichannel & Digital Commerce strategies, Retail Operations & Supply Chain knowledge, and Sustainability in Retail.
* Consulting & Strategic Problem Solving: Design and execute retail transformation programs, leverage data insights into business strategies, and develop pricing, promotions, loyalty programs, and revenue growth strategies.
* Delivery: Reflect future business needs and industry evolution, deliver end-to-end services aligned with contractual requirements, and build trusted relationships with clients.
Requirements
* Academic Excellence: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics from a renowned University or University of Applied Sciences.
* Industry Knowledge and Consulting Experience: 10+ years of experience in management consulting with a focus on CPR & Manufacturing industry.
* Conceptual Talent: Ability to understand and manage complex contracts, set and execute strategy, and define value proposition.
* Communication and Presentation: Fluency in English and German or French.
* Leadership Skills: Bright leader with exceptional client gravitas and a hunger for winning.
