Your Mission
* To lead the boutique team, in close collaboration with the Boutique Manager
* To ensure the highest level of service to all Chopard clients
* To develop sales further and acquire new clients
* To ensure best retail practices in line with the Boutique Charter
Your Main Responsibilities
* Service - Excellence: ensure a perfect service in the boutique at all times, in line with the Boutique Charter: Welcoming / Cleaning / SAV / Service / Merchandising
* Clients - Business development: sales, network, partnerships, events, etc.
* Boutique operations: inventories, insurance procedures, training, etc.
* Management: boutique manager support, planning and administrative support, etc.
* Specific activities
Your Background and Competencies/Skills
Education
* College degree holder or above
* GIA or watchmaking certification, a plus
Experience
* At least 5 years of luxury retail or luxury hospitality experience
* Strong track record in sales when applicable
Specific Knowledge
* Digital savvy
* CRM and POS software
* Languages: French, German, English
* Strong selling skills
