Your Role
As a Luxury Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering a personalized shopping experience for high-profile clients. You will build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring they receive expert advice and exclusive service when selecting luxury watches and jewelry.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality sales advice to international and local customers, specializing in luxury watches and jewelry
* Build strong customer relationships and expand the existing client base through networking and engagement
* Assist in the presentation and arrangement of display windows and showroom showcases
* Support marketing activities, in-store promotions, and VIP events to enhance customer experience
Key Points
* Experience: Minimum 3 years in luxury goods sales
* Languages: Fluent Korean and English (both written and spoken)
* Work Permit: Must hold an EU/AELE passport to obtain a Swiss work permit (the employer does not sponsor non-EU applicants)
* Industry Background: Experience in luxury watches, jewelry, or other high-end retail sectors is highly desirable
Flexibility Criteria
* Salary: +/- 5% flexibility for the right profile
* Experience: Candidates with slightly less experience may be considered if they have an outstanding personality and relevant luxury sales background
* Work Permit: The company accepts candidates requiring administrative procedures for work permits, but only those holding an EU or AELE passport
Position & Career Growth
* No management responsibilities, but possibility of promotion within a 4-tier hierarchical structure
* Team Size: Sales teams range from 5 to 50 employees, depending on the store
* Training: A structured induction plan with a dedicated training mentor, including specialized sales training
Working Hours & Compensation
* 42.5 hours per week
* Stores are open 7 days a week, requiring weekend work
* Sunday shifts pay an additional CHF 80 per day
