Responsibilities :
* Daily cleaning of equipment and material and kitchen facilities
* Assist the chef with the requisitions and storage of kitchen goods
* Assist the kitchen team with the preparation of basic raw material
* Clean machinery and fridges following the HACCP regulations
* Control the good functioning of the kitchen equipment and report
Requirements:
* 2-3 years work experience
* Fluent in French and Good Knowledge in English is a plus
* Patient, organized, and flexible
Swiss Nationality, valid permit or European Nationality CE/AELE
