We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Skilled Recruitment Solutions GmbH.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to work with us on a range of recruitment projects.
* Assist in executing solutions plans for name change transitions
* Identify banks and associated accounts requiring updates, leading communication with banks for account changes
* Track liquidity for entities and bank accounts within regions
* Maintain up-to-date E-Banking profiles
* Work on issuing bank guarantees
* E nsure error-free payments and collections for each bank account during transition periods
* Re-issue bank guarantees/letters of credit and collect existing ones
* Monitor name change project timelines and progress, informing key stakeholders regularly
* E nsure all necessary paperwork is completed and filed properly
* Update bank signatures as needed and update internal master files for SOX purposes
* Facilitate conversations between IT, HR, and Treasury teams to ensure smooth project execution for name changes
* Provide assistance in other Treasury projects or daily work as needed
Key Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Relevant cash management experience in EMEA
* Preliminary and intermediate levels of Cash Pool and SAP experience are highly desired
* Familiarity with cash/banking portals
* Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple time-sensitive priorities
* Some project management skills are preferred
* Demonstrated ability to clearly express concepts and processes in oral/written communication
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics
* 1-3 years of experience in Treasury
