Responsibilities:
* Collaborate consultatively and demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and flexibility.
* Show intellectual curiosity about technology and develop compelling stories through engaging content creation.
* Lead workshops to identify and design solutions for application and process gaps.
* Write functional specifications and facilitate clear communication with the technical team.
* Evaluate and document business process decompositions and requirements.
* Support system testing and transition solutions to support teams.
* Facilitate user acceptance testing and deliver end-user training.
Qualifications:
* Prior experience in D365 ERP implementation projects with a focus on SCM.
* Experience in Production, Warehouse Management, and/or MRP.
* Strong client engagement and presentation skills.
* Excellent business acumen and performance track record.
* Effective management of customer expectations.
* Ability to quickly establish rapport and build relationships.
* Very good communication skills in German and English.
