Job Description
You join our team in Switzerland as a Junior Sales Representative & Customer Relations Support, supporting customers with an approach combining local proximity and international reach.
On a daily basis, your mission is to:
* Prospection and business development across Independent Asset Managers and multi-family offices in French-speaking Switzerland;
* Serve and grow business (product diversification and asset growth) with existing client base among independent asset managers and family offices;
* Promote Natixis Investment Managers' liquid and private market solutions and strengthen the brand as a leading asset manager;
* Contribute to the growth of assets under management (AuM), to the diversification of customers and products for our region;
* Actively participate in the definition of the sales strategy in Geneva as well as the implementation of sales efforts and initiatives (definition, planning, and organization of roadshows);
* Effectively use our CRM tools to serve customers and support the development of tools to improve customer relationship management and business tracking.
As a Junior Sales Representative & Customer Relations Support, you will be involved in supporting management in the preparation of customized reporting supports and presentations, focusing on strategy, projects, and business activities. You will also assist the sales team in customer service activities, which includes managing customer requests and liaising with internal support functions such as customer service, legal, compliance, and marketing teams. In addition, you will be responsible for training the new trainees, thus contributing to their integration and success within the team.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

With a higher education, you have at least 1 year of experience in functions related to asset management or banking, particularly in customer relations and investment management. Another diploma or course type CFA would be appreciated.
