Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.
Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.
The new team has three locations. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Sauber Motorsport Technical Center, UK will be operational this year. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations.

This position for the Audi F1 Project is at Sauber in Hinwil (Switzerland).
Your mission
1. Point of contact for employees in all matters concerning approvals, social insurance, and time tracking
2. Creation and management of employment contracts in close collaboration with HR business partners
3. Recording of illness and accident data, handling with external parties, and maintenance of the time tracking system
4. Planning and execution of the monthly Welcome Event for new employees
5. Organization of exit interviews and preparation of reference letters
6. Support in payroll processing and ensuring accurate and timely salary payments
7. Involvement in the creation and optimization of HR processes
8. Ensuring the high quality and accuracy of HR data, including the maintenance and updating of employee information
9. Support in HR projects and implementation of the company strategy
Your profile
1. At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role
2. Good knowledge of Swiss labor law and social security systems
3. Independent, detail-oriented, and reliable work style
4. Experience with SAP, ideally SAP Fiori and Personio
5. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
6. High IT affinity for our upcoming digitalization projects
7. Strong service orientation and enjoyment of working with an international team
8. Proficiency in English and German language skills
