Key Responsibilities
* Master the firm's scripts and methods for Intake, Sales, and Follow-up calls with past clients, including effective communication strategies.
* Audit sales team calls and emails, providing constructive feedback to enhance results. Three audits per week are expected from each team member.
* Analyze recordings of these three types of calls to ensure adherence to our established scripts and methods.
* Monitor daily sales activity and prepare comprehensive weekly/monthly sales metric reports, highlighting areas for improvement.
* Maintain accurate records of feedback provided to each sales team member, fostering a culture of growth and development.
* Collaborate with firm leadership to develop innovative sales strategies that drive business growth.
* Verify that sales staff capture all client information within the CRM system, ensuring seamless data management.
* Develop and implement training and development plans for inside sales personnel, focusing on skill enhancement and proficiency.
* Work closely with the legal team to ensure a positive client experience, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
* Supervise the call queue to guarantee the team is available to take calls and chats, maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Essential Qualifications
* Proven track record of consistently hitting and exceeding monthly sales targets, demonstrating exceptional sales acumen.
* Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (minimum C1 level in both languages), facilitating effective communication with diverse clients.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales environment, with a strong understanding of sales principles and best practices.
* At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role (QA and/or Operations), with expertise in team management and leadership.
* Ability to work independently, manage tasks effectively, and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proficiency in technology, with experience in Hubspot or the ability to develop basic competency, enhancing data analysis and reporting capabilities.
