- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the President, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all logistical details are handled.
- Act as a liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for executive meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the President and executive team.

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
