About The Role
On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Switzerland with a global presence, we are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead their Structured Products & AMC division. This role offers the opportunity to drive growth, lead a high-performing team, and deliver innovative financial solutions.
Your Role
1. Build and manage a portfolio of institutional clients while driving new business.
2. Lead and develop the sales team in Zurich.
3. Deliver tailored cross-asset solutions and provide exceptional client service.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings and drive innovation.
What You Bring
1. Strong academic background in finance or derivatives.
2. Expertise in structured products and AMCs.
3. 5+ years of sales experience and a strong institutional client network.
4. A dynamic, results-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset.
5. Availability to start immediately.
