Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to prepare the monthly and yearly audit and reporting packages for the Group, while coordinating the finance teams across countries and ensuring compliance with Group rules and timelines.

Description
Ensure adherence to the Group's accounting and reporting rules
Support the reporting entities where needed
Perform Consolidation entries
Prepare and submit Management Reporting Package
Maintain the Group's Transfer Pricing guidelines, rules and processes
Prepare yearly documentation at Group and Country level
Liaise with the external audit teams at Group level and in countries
Provide reporting package for review by the auditors
Profile
Bachelor's or similar degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or any related field. CPA degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Consolidation and Group reporting tools.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics 365 F&O).
Demonstrated experience in user support, training, and onboarding in a global environment.
Proven ability to drive accounting processes and manage complex projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Fluency in English, French would be a great plus.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and geographically dispersed team.
