Responsibilities:
* Provide first and second-level IT support on-site and remote following the ITIL framework
* Install, maintain, and manage notebooks, meeting rooms, peripherals, and mobile devices
* Assist colleagues with IT-related matters
* Escalate issues to management or third-party suppliers when necessary
* Participate in small IT projects as directed by the IT Operations Manager
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues independently and as part of a team
* Provide user support via phone, email, and remote assistance
* Keep documentation updated and liaise with third parties and suppliers
* Perform basic administrative tasks (e.g., access management) to achieve operational goals
Your Profile:
* Native or fluent German and English (mandatory)
* Minimum of 7 years of experience in an IT support function
* Strong background working within a busy team environment
* Knowledge of the ITIL framework and ticketing tools like ServiceNow
* Experience working with the M365 environment
* Knowledge of asset management and SharePoint.
* Able to prioritize a dynamic workload and know when to escalate issues
* Strong communication skills, even under pressure, with users at all levels
* Self-motivated and flexible in your work approach
* Well-organized and punctual
* Excellent team player.
