Your day-to-day / What we are expecting from you / Your responsibilities
As “ Customer Service Specialist “, you will manage a variety of Parker Meggitt premier customer accounts to deliver a world class service and support. The main responsibilities for this role are as follows:
Management of Aerospace and Energy customer accounts
Order & delivery processing and management (OTP / OTR / OTD)
Pricing calculations (RFQ & Contracts)
Customer forecast and demand management
Customer dispute and overdue’s management
Management of inventory, revenue and arrears targets
Customer master data management (MDG)
Who we are looking for
Commercial education or Bachelor’s degree in economics or equivalent
3 years experience in customer account management preferably in an industrial international environment
Excellent stakeholder management
Customer service orientated with outstanding communication and listening skills
Sense of priorities, multi-tasking and ability to manage time and deadlines
Detail-orientated, reliable and flexible with a good team spirit
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft tools
Fluent in both French and English
