Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our Sales team in Switzerland. As a key member of our Global Records and Information Management Organization, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market share.
Key Responsibilities
1. Generate revenue from Records Management, Secure Destruction, and Document Management Services.
2. Manage commercial aspects of tenders, price negotiations, and account management across nominated accounts.
3. Position and sell solutions to address Corporate Customers' Information Management needs.
4. Pursue new business opportunities and ensure assigned targets are met.
5. Develop and implement sales strategies and plans, contributing to business strategy development and implementation.
Requirements
1. Proven track record in new business hunting.
2. Able to quickly learn new products and sales processes.
3. Fluent language skills in German and English.
4. Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
5. Strong interpersonal, planning, and analytical skills.
6. Able to influence and negotiate.
7. Ability to make decisions and think strategically.
