3. You provide unit-specificassistance in building up the skills needed for the future and youprovide cross-organizational trainingopportunities.
4. You advocate transformation andorganizational development within the company and you inspireemployees to embrace change.
5. Last but notleast, you proactively facilitate engagement with variousstakeholders and cooperationpartners.
* For this role, you have auniversity degree with an occupational psychology and/or businessmanagement background, or a qualification in IT with the relevantadvanced training.
* You use your interpersonalskills to gain the support of your colleagues, you activelyspearhead change, and you bring a healthy amount of emotionalstability and resilience to the role.
* You knowhow to present and convey complex subjects in a simple,comprehensible manner.
* As an extrovert with aknack for networking, you are skilled at speaking openly todifferent stakeholder groups and you continuously expand yournetwork.
* You have an excellent spoken andwritten command of German and English that enables you tocommunicate efficiently with different stakeholders, and ideally agood spoken command of a second national language aswell.
Remote working is an option,although you are required to be present two to three days a week inBern.
