Business Development Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop and Strengthen International Partnerships: Build and maintain strategic relationships with partners across the globe, with a strong focus on Asia.
* Market Research: Identify growth opportunities by analyzing international markets, trends, and competitors.
* Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align business development initiatives with the company's objectives.
* Negotiation and Communication: Lead contract discussions, ensuring mutual success for all parties involved.
* Represent the Company: Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote the company and establish new connections.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
* Proven experience in business development, preferably in the biomedical or healthcare sector.
* Exceptional understanding of Asian markets and cultural nuances.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
* Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a results-driven mindset.
* Proficiency in both English and Chinese is mandatory; additional languages are a significant advantage.
* Willingness to travel internationally as required.
