- Provide first and second-level IT support to users, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
- Help managing and maintaining server infrastructure, including server management, SCCM, virtual machines, and Active Directory.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Support and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory.
- Provide VIP support to executive team members, ensuring high levels of service and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure consistent and reliable IT services across all locations.
- Document and maintain IT support procedures and knowledge base articles.
- Assist in IT projects and initiatives as required.
Strong System knowledge: Server management, SCCM, Virtual Machines, AD...L1 / L2 IT Support and VIP Support wihtin Trading, Banking, Financial Services..
- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
- Proven experience in IT support roles, preferably within the financial sector (banking, trading, insurance, financial services).
- Strong knowledge of system administration, including server management, SCCM, virtual machines, and Active Directory.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to provide high-quality VIP support and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CompTIA A+, ITIL) are a plus.
