Your Impact
Key Responsibilities
* Design high-quality software using practices like TDD, DDD, Clean Code, SOLID Principles
* Create resilient, secure, and performant applications serving millions of requests per day
* Define technical solutions and infrastructure for new features with architects, focusing on CI/CD
* Ensure quality of delivery and performance, reliability, and scalability
* Use tech expertise to find solutions to complex issues, understanding business needs
* Contribute to team's technical growth, sharing knowledge with peers
* Influence and guide engineers in product engineering department
* Collaborate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to solve complex problems
Your Expertise
Essential Qualifications
* Strong experience as Software Engineer programming in OO/FP languages (Java or Kotlin)
* Previous experience with Clean code, SOLID principles, Agile mindset
* Previous experience with Spring/SpringBoot ecosystem
* Strong analytical skills and ability to make decisions based on data
* Ability to understand business requirements
* Positive and collaborative attitude
* Growth mindset
* Fluency in English both written and spoken
Desirable Qualifications
* Previous working experience in startup or product company
* Previous experience with XP practices
* Previous working experience with AWS
* Previous working experience with Microservices and Kubernetes
* Previous working experience with Messaging Queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
