About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Lausanne, Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Account Management:
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
3. Understand customers' business strategies, challenges, and goals to align solutions accordingly.
4. Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues.
5. Moderate customer relationship management meetings.
6. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and new prospects.
7. Promote network products and solutions to customers.
8. Presentation and negotiation of sales proposals and contracts.
9. Conduct regular meetings with customers to review their needs and provide updates on client solutions.
10. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
11. Organize and participate in industry events.
Market and Competitive Analysis:
1. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
2. Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams.
Reporting and Documentation:
1. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status.
2. Prepare regular reports on account status.
Requirements:
1. Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
2. Customer-centric spirit with the ability to align with internal processes.
3. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
4. Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development within the tech sector.
5. Solid understanding of network technologies and solutions.
6. Proficiency in English and French.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience working with major carrier customers in the region.
2. Knowledge of network products and solutions.
3. Technical background or understanding of telecommunications infrastructure.
