About the Company - Our client, a leader in innovative hearing solutions, seeks a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to enhance their online presence and effectively engage with our audience.
About the Role - The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hearing aids industry or, at the very least, experience in the health industry, with a proven track record in social media, public relations, and marketing.
Travel Requirements:
Be prepared to travel on short notice for events, photo and video shootings, and promotional activities as required.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our client's marketing goals and brand identity.
Identify target audiences and tailor content to engage them effectively.
Content Creation and Management:
Create, curate, and manage published content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
Use insights to refine and improve future social media initiatives.
Collaboration with PR and Marketing Teams:
Work closely with the public relations and marketing teams to coordinate campaigns, promotions, and events.
Assist in the development of PR activities and other promotional activities as needed.
Industry Research and Trends:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms to ensure our client remains at the forefront of digital marketing.
Conduct research on best practices in the hearing aids and health industries to inform strategy.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in social media management, public relations, and marketing, preferably within the hearing aids or health industry.
Skills:
Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics (e.g. Hootsuite, Trello, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Other Requirements:
Must be a fluent English speaker.
Expertise in managing workstreams across diverse organizational levels.
Willingness to travel on short notice for business-related activities.
