On behalf of our client, the largest diagnostic provider in Europe, we're looking for an IT Business Partner.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Alignment: Partner with Pathology & Genetics leadership to align IT strategies with business objectives, ensuring digital initiatives support overall goals.
2. Technology Strategy: Design and implement a forward-looking IT roadmap tailored to Pathology & Genetics, aligning with Unilabs' broader digital ambitions.
3. Project Management: Lead cross-functional IT projects from conception to execution, ensuring on-time delivery and successful user adoption.
4. Operational Enhancement: Collaborate with operational teams to identify areas for digital optimization, process automation, and seamless system integration.
5. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders including clinicians, pathologists, and IT professionals, ensuring alignment and shared vision.
6. Vendor Relations: Oversee partnerships with IT vendors and service providers, ensuring solutions meet technical and business requirements.
7. Regulatory Assurance: Guarantee compliance with healthcare regulations, data protection standards, and industry best practices in all IT solutions.
8. Change Leadership: Drive change management initiatives, providing training and support to end-users to ensure effective adoption of digital tools.
9. Performance Tracking: Monitor IT service performance against SLAs, ensuring delivery of high-quality services that meet business expectations.
Candidate Profile:
1. Qualifications & Experience:
2. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related fields.
3. 5-7 years of experience in IT business partnering, IT project leadership, or equivalent roles within healthcare or life sciences.
4. In-depth knowledge of pathology, laboratory information systems (LIS), or diagnostic IT solutions (preferred).
5. Proven experience managing digital transformation initiatives within a lab or healthcare setting.
6. Strong background in IT governance, project management frameworks, and healthcare compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 15189).
7. Expertise in ITIL practices and agile methodologies is an advantage.
8. Strategic Insight: Ability to understand clinical workflows and translate them into IT requirements.
9. Leadership Influence: Capability to lead change and secure stakeholder buy-in at all organizational levels.
10. Collaborative Mindset: Skilled in fostering cross-functional partnerships and engaging external partners.
11. Analytical Approach: Proficiency in using data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
12. Customer Focus: Dedicated to delivering IT solutions that enhance patient outcomes and operational performance.
13. Vendor Management: Skilled in negotiating and managing vendor relationships to maximize value.
14. Effective Communication: Adept at translating complex IT strategies into clear, actionable plans for business leaders.
