Your mission
* Assist in the development of decorative and sales-enhancing designs for shop windows and all staging areas within P&C stores.
* Plan and coordinate seasonal concepts and projects in close collaboration with central departments.
* Create innovative and visually appealing brand and product displays tailored to specific product categories.
* Conduct reporting, research, and benchmarking to inform design strategies.
* Coordinate with external agencies to ensure alignment with brand standards.
* Develop presentations and guidelines to effectively communicate design concepts.
* Some travel will be required (market visits, meetings, openings or specific installations).
Your profile
* Successfully completed studies with a focus on marketing, design, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in visual marketing within the fashion retail sector.
* A keen sense of taste and aesthetics, complemented by strong problem-solving abilities and initiative.
* Excellent self-organization skills and effective communication capabilities.
* Proficient in digital tools such as MS Office, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; knowledge of production processes is a plus.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills, combined with an entrepreneurial mindset.
* Proficient in both written and spoken German and English.
