Responsibilities
1. Establish long term relationships with various stakeholders (hotels, rental agencies, city authorities and other suppliers)
2. Contribute to development of amodation concept
3. Organise site visits or meetings with partners
4. Participate in amodation management and coordination wit key stakeholders, using dedicated tools
5. Participate in onsite logistics of the event (day to day changes, update of rooming lists, quota management)
Candidate profile
6. Experience in Hospitality Services and understanding of relevant procedure and practices
7. Travel industry expertise with knowledge of Swiss German Market
8. Ability to work independently, priority manage and operate inplex environment
9. Client oriented attitude
10. Outstandingmunication in German, Swiss German and English
