Key Responsibilities:
* Sales & Business Development
o Identify and develop new business opportunities in consulting, healthcare, and medical devices.
o Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
o Drive B2B sales efforts, including lead generation, cold outreach, and account management.
o Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and business cases for potential clients.
o Negotiate contracts and close deals with corporate clients, distributors, and healthcare institutions.
* Marketing Strategy & Execution
o Develop and execute marketing campaigns (digital and offline) to promote consulting services and healthcare products.
o Manage content creation (brochures, presentations, website updates, and social media).
o Plan and coordinate trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
o Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine sales and marketing strategies.
* Digital & Performance Marketing
o Work on SEO/SEM strategies to improve online visibility and lead generation.
o Manage email marketing campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and CRM tools to engage potential clients.
o Analyze marketing and sales data to optimize campaign performance and sales conversion rates.
Requirements:
* Fluent in Spanish & English (German is a plus). Experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in consulting, healthcare, medical devices, or diagnostics is nice to have.
* B2B sales experience, including cold outreach, lead generation, and relationship management is preferred.
* Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, email marketing, CRM systems) is required.
* Ability to create compelling marketing materials and sales presentations is essential.
* Strong analytical skills to track and optimize sales and marketing efforts are necessary.
