On behalf of our Client, we are looking for an experienced:
IT Manager
(Collaboration Solutions and Enterprise Applications)
Join a dynamic global team in an influential role shaping IT collaboration solutions and enterprise applications!
Your Responsibilities:
Global IT Service Management:
1. Deploy and support global User Life Cycle Management.
2. Enhance endpoint security using Azure, Defender, and Active Directory.
3. Standardize and manage global endpoint standards.
4. Oversee the Global Service Desk, including managing the GC Global IT Service Desk team in Asia.
5. Manage global IT service contracts and vendors related to IT governance, service desk, desktop applications, security, and infrastructure.
Support for Designated Areas:
1. Provide IT management support to specific departments, sites, companies, or regions as required.
Project Management and Consultancy:
1. Implement IT projects such as eBusiness, website management, and new Microsoft 365 applications.
2. Understand and support ISO 27001.
Enterprise Applications Business Analysis:
1. Collaborate with global teams to analyze business requirements and implement tailored solutions.
What do you bring:
Experience:
1. Working with international companies at a global HQ level.
2. Managing cross-functional teams and operations across multiple countries.
3. Deploying ISO 27001 and working with Microsoft 365 and Azure at a global scale.
4. Performing business analysis for applications such as LMS, QMS, CRM, and EMS.
Skills:
1. Strong analytical abilities, including root cause analysis and risk management.
2. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
3. Flexibility, a proactive attitude, and willingness to travel globally.
4. Familiarity with methodologies like CAPA and Kaizen.
Qualifications:
1. University degree in IT.
2. Knowledge of Japanese culture and management methodologies (Kaizen, KJ methodology).
Key Traits:
1. Problem-solving mindset with a scientific approach to analysis.
2. Ability to manage and communicate effectively across diverse teams and regions.
3. Open to non-standard working hours in urgent cases.
